Here is a list of our services pricelist. While some of the services are billed at a hourly rate, the creation or rejuvenation of a website will be quoted according to your specifications.
Building New Website
Creating your new website (stages of designing a new website) is almost as opening a new store or office. Much thought goes into how that website will be serving you and your clients best. The website is carefully custom designed to your needs - not just taken off the shelves and hammered into place.
We will be interacting with you throughout the process and you will have an influencing part in this creation. After all, your new website will reflect your very own love and dedication that you have for your business.

Rejuvenating Website
Having a website that is out of date is just like a shop window that is never redecorated.
Have you been thinking of creating a new website because your website is dated?
Maybe a little investment could bring you more than you thought? The website has served you well and now it is time to give it a "new coat of paint" and add some features that you have been missing.
We take a lot of joy and pride in helping you with that and often it does not "cost an arm or a leg". It is not always necessary to create a whole new website!
Maintenance & Updates
A well-maintained website means up to date code. Just like your car, a content management system needs regular tuning, updating and maintenance in order to run smoothly and securely.
There are a lot of updates/upgrades happening each month to either the content management system or its extensions and plugins. Therefore it makes sense to keep an eye on them every month and bring them up to the latest version. This ensures the maximum security for your website as well. Problems can be monitored and addressed.
You certainly can do this yourself. If you need to know how, we can help you by providing you with training.

Consulting
Are you looking for some independent advise?
Do you have a web project that simply does not come together and you would like to talk to an expert who can point things out to you?
Do you simply do not know where to start?
We can help you out. You can hire us at a hourly rate of AU$80.00 (billed in increments of 15 minutes).
Training / Coaching
Training can be delivered in small packages like one to two hours and then you can go away and practise. When you are ready to learn more, you can come back anytime for more training.
Training can be delivered through the following means:
- Online - we engage Zoom to call, video call and share screen with each other. This is the way we work most of the time now.
- At our office - you can come to our office, bring your computer and we do training in person.
- We come to you - in some cases we might be able to come to you (call out charges to apply).
Training is charged by a hourly rate of $80.00 in increments of 15 minutes. For most efficient training sessions, please prepare yourself with a list of questions prior to our appointment.
Support
We support our clients for any problems that may arise in the following means:
- Phone call or Online - we engage Zoom or Skype to call, video call and share screen with each other.
- Via email (support request form) - send us your questions / concerns and we will look into the problem for you.
- We come to you - in some cases we might be able to come to you (call out charges to apply).
Support is charged by a hourly rate of $80.00 in increments of 15 minutes. For most efficient solutions, please be as specific as possible as this saves us a lot of time and you your money.
