The Business Card Website

The Business Card Website needs to paid in full upfront. The client has to provide the content (text, photos, images and videos) before the work on the website starts. Some basic changes to logos are performed within this price as well as the styling of the website. The delivered content will be added. Once the website is in place, we will do a final testing together with the client and then hand over the website and put it on GO LIVE.

Web server and domain name fees are not included and need to be paid by the client directly to the corresponding service provider, we can help to find the right services for you and we will set them up which is included in this price.

Timeframe: We develop your website from date of payment within 1 month provided you providing you, the client, is delivering all the content within the first week of payment. 

We do provide some basic tutorials that will help you understand certain elements of your website. Should you require more tuition in order to update and maintain your website yourself, we are happy to provide for that (see tuition fees for existing customers). If you would like us to maintain your website, you can hire us at a special rate for existing clients.

The Standard Website

The Standard Website demands a lot more attention and committment from our side as well as the clients side. This is a substantial website that will feature many different options. 

Clients will need to provide all the content of the website thus being articles, photos, images and logos. We will create the styling on the basis of this items provided. If you have a branding established for your business, we ask you to provide us with the digital images, truetype fonts etc. 

As part of our committment to develop the site as well as bringing the owner up to speed on how to add, change and maintain your website, we will provide 5 hours of tuition as part of the deal. Tuition is given either through Skype or by you personally visiting us and work under our supervision on your website. We will ask you to enter most of your data as part of gaining experience in doing so. We also maintain a library of tutorials for your perusal.

Web server and domain name fees are not included and need to be paid by the client directly to the corresponding service provider however the setting up and linking of these features will be provided by us and is included in the price.

Payments can be made in 3 instalments if desired.

  1. First instalment is due before work commences,
  2. Second instalment is due when the structural and graphical side of the website is in place
  3. Third and last instalment is due at handover of the website

Timeframe: We promise to deliver your website from the payment of the first installment within 2 months provided you, the client is delivering content upfront or in due time. Failure of providing the content gives us the right to invoice the full amount regardless of the website being in GO LIVE state or not.

Facebook Business Page

Facebook Business Page fees need to be paid upfront before work starts. We will be setting up your facebook business page for you. You need to have a personal facebook account first. So, if you do not have one yet, please use this link to subscribe.

We need to know your business information (unless we are creating your website) and also have a logo and possible other photos and images available before we can start building it. You also need to provide us with your personal facebook logins.

If we build a website for you, we will link your facebook business page together with your website for more exposure.

Timeframe: We promise to deliver your facebook business page from date of payment within 14 days provided you, the client is delivering content upfront or in due time. Failure of providing the content gives us the right terminate this contract and keep the fee whether the page is finished or not.

We honour our existing clients with a special rate for support and tuition (or additional tuition over the allowed hours of a service package). Please choose the desired amount of time you would like to consult with us.

Our standard fees for support and custom work are as follows. Please choose one of the options displayed. You can buy our time upfront and we can help you quite efficiently through the use of Skype and the "Screen Sharing Option" of Skype.

Extension - Online E-Commerce Shop
